Shipping takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My processing time for premade cases is instant - your case will be shipped whenever the following shipping day is. My processing time for customs is 2 weeks or less. All items are shipped via USPS up to 8oz. Shipping price increases if you buy multiple cases.
 

Shipping takes anywhere from 5-7 days in the US.

Shipping to Canada takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks ( most likely less, but I'm going by what PirateShip says).

I do not offer refunds or returns on premade or custom items. For custom items, if there is an issue in shipping such as item not being delivered, I will remake your case. All you will have to do is pay the shipping again.
