Are your items handmade?

Yes, everything is handmade by me, including the pieces.

Do you make cases for all phone types?

I make cases for any phone I can find a clear, hard plastic blank case for. It MUST be hard plastic. 

Unfortunately, I do not do Huawei phones, as they do not make clear hard plastic blanks for them.

What about Ipad and Kindle cases?

I must also find a clear, hard plastic blank case for them. Kindle cases are very difficult to find hard plastic cases for so please be sure to contact me before you purchase the listing so I can see if I can hunt one down.

What materials do you use?

I use a combination of 100% silicone and epoxy resin.

Do you offer customs?

Yes! I have many options for customs. Premade Layouts, Artist's Choice, Partial Customs, Full Customs, Ipad cases, and Kindle cases

How do I place a custom order?

Simply go to the Customs option of your choice, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click to go to the product page. Then you can type in your details and click add to cart!

You can also email or DM me on Instagram or Tiktok to discuss your design first, then pay after our consultation.

Can I choose the exact charms on my item?

Yes, with full customs you can choose all the individual pieces. I have a section on my website with all my available resin molds. 

With all other options, you cannot choose the pieces.

For character cases, the art must be original or official. It cannot be fanart unless you drew it yourself!

Can you order special things for my case (glitter, resin molds, stickers, etc)

Yes, I can and do often!

How long does it take to make my order?

My current processing time is 2 weeks or less.

​

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic takes anywhere from 4-7 days after I process your order and ship out your case. International can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

To some countries, yes. Contact me first to discuss.

Will I get tracking information?

Domestic orders, yes, you will get a tracking number from the USPS. I will send you your tracking number via email the day before I take it to the post office. It WILL go to spam, so be sure to whitelist the email info@mariahlstevens.com, or check your spam after your case is complete!

International gets a customs number from the USPS.

Are your cases durable?

Yes, my cases are some of the most durable on the market right now. The pieces do not budge and the silicone adheres perfectly to the plastic cases. Handle with care like you would your phone, of course, because resin pieces can crack if you drop it on concrete or something. But you will not be able to pull pieces off without great effort.

Can I put my item in water or cleaning solution?

No, please do not submerge your items in any liquids whatsoever.

​

What on Earth is that smell?

That, my friend, is the lovely smell of 100% silicone. It smells like vinegar and there is nothing I can do about the scent. Air your case out, and it will go away with time.

What should I do if something falls off?

This should not happen and has never happened before, but if for some reason it does, contact me! If you drop your case and your resin piece cracks, you can use e6000 glue to carefully glue the resin piece back together.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not. Due to the handmade nature of each time, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact me ASAP so I can remake your case!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 day of payment. I begin processing your order the day after you pay, so if you change your mind and want to cancel, you must contact me within that first day you order.

Are your products safe for children?

Items contain small parts and are not recommended for children.

​

Will my case be perfect?

Since my cases are handmade, there may be slight imperfections and variation in the whip colors sometimes, especially if you choose multiple whip colors for larger items like Kindle cases and Ipad cases. Since I have to do those in sections, the whip color may have variations in color due to how difficult it can be to make the same exact color each time.

Do you restock items?

I do not make premade cases any longer.
